Glow in the Dark powder glows in the dark by capturing light energy and holding it to emit light for several hours, even after the light source has been switched off.
Peak luminescence lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, after which light intensity gradually diminishes.
The process of absorbing light energy is simple: simply expose the powder to light. Ultraviolet light can intensely charge these powders.
These phosphorescent powders can be mixed with various acrylic and non-acrylic substrates for fixing. We recommend using them with Master Medium, paints, varnishes or UV resin for permanent fixing. Luminescent pigments can also be mixed with fluorescent pigments to intensify color in daylight. However, the addition of fluorescent pigments reduces the intensity of night lighting.
These powders are non-toxic, but it is advisable to avoid inhaling them.

Warning:
Yellow and orange luminescent pigments illuminate differently depending on the type of light used to charge them.
- Under ultraviolet light, yellow and orange retain their respective colors.
- Under white or natural light, yellow and orange take on a greenish hue in the dark.
