What exactly is a campaign? It's a series of missions telling a story in which the survivors play the role of heroes. Player choices can directly influence the course of events. Survivors improve along the way, acquiring new skills and keeping their best weapons from one game to the next. But the real treasure is the memories of the story you've lived through with your friends.

"The Star-Spangled Banner is a 10-mission campaign that uses advanced rules to enhance the game's atmosphere. Survivors can play their Va-tout by rolling special dice, allowing them to kill more zombies but risking breaking their weapon. These dice can also be used to try and conserve equipment from one mission to the next.

The advanced rules, also present in Washington ZC which features a campaign, introduce the Clock, a special First Player counter that simulates the passage of time. The day rises and sets during the game, allowing you to test the rules of night combat in the Zombicide universe.

With these advanced rules, your survivors can keep their equipment from one mission to the next. Watch them evolve as they unlock new powers and discover the next chapter of the Zombicide adventure.
