The guide also introduces a scenario pool system, five commonly used scenario rules, and best practices to help events run consistently and professionally. In addition, the book contains 24 fully detailed Matched Play Scenarios, each outlining army selection, battlefield layout, starting positions, objectives, victory conditions, and scoring.

The Matched Play Guide goes far beyond standard one-on-one games. It includes dedicated sections for Doubles Events, featuring additional rules and six bespoke scenarios designed specifically for two-player teams.
