Currahee! US Airborne (D-Day) Starter Army

This battle-ready starter army provides a complete US Airborne force playable as soon as it is assembled. At its core stands a strong Rifle Platoon made up of two 12-man Airborne squads, supported by a sniper team and a bazooka team, and led into action by a 6-man Pathfinder squad, all built from the included plastic sprues. A Warlord Resin Platoon Commander leads this formation. In support, a Heavy Weapons Platoon fields two medium machine gun teams and one medium mortar team with their resin commander. An Artillery Platoon reinforces the army with a 75mm Pack Howitzer for indirect fire and a 57mm anti-tank gun to counter enemy armour.

This set offers the perfect starting point for a D-Day themed US Airborne collection, inspired by the famous Normandy drops portrayed in media such as Band of Brothers. It includes 36 multi-pose hard plastic infantry, 1 resin officer, 2 medium machine gun teams, 1 medium mortar team, 1 75mm Pack Howitzer, 1 57mm anti-tank gun, plastic bases for all miniatures, and waterslide decals. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
