Early Saxon Armoured Warriors

The versatility of this kit extends far beyond a single historical army. While ideal for Early Saxons, the miniatures can also represent a wide variety of Germanic warriors from the Migration Period. They blend seamlessly with later Saxon and Viking collections and can even be combined with Late Roman miniatures to create historically diverse forces for a range of tabletop games.

A generous selection of components allows every unit to develop its own character. Multiple shield styles, an extensive range of helmeted heads and a variety of weapon options make it easy to assemble dynamic, distinctive warriors while maintaining a cohesive battlefield appearance.

• 36 armoured warrior bodies.
• 36 small round shields (9mm diameter).
• 36 large round shields (14mm diameter), including both flat and slightly domed designs.
• 84 helmeted head options.
• A selection of swords, axes, javelins and spears.

Whether expanding an Early Saxon collection, building a broader Germanic force or recreating the turbulent centuries between Rome and the Viking Age, this kit delivers outstanding flexibility, historical character and extensive modelling possibilities.
