Baneblade Sponsons & Accessories

The set adds two side sponson turrets. Each turret features a lascannon and can be fitted with either twin heavy flamers or twin heavy bolters. Alongside these weapons, the kit provides extra armour plates, heavy shells, exhaust components and additional cosmetic details for further customisation.

The upgrade is designed for the Baneblade chassis and its variants, but it is not a standalone vehicle kit. To use these components, you will need a Baneblade, Banehammer, Banesword, Hellhammer, Stormlord, Stormsword, Doomhammer or Shadowsword kit, each sold separately.

Beyond adding extra weaponry, the components provide useful opportunities to individualise your super-heavy tank. Additional armour and mechanical details can help create a vehicle that looks distinctly at home within your Astra Militarum collection, whether you favour a pristine military finish or heavily weathered battlefield machinery.

The upgrades are supplied unpainted and require assembly. Citadel Tools Precision Pliers, Warhammer Colour Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended for completing the model.
