This shade was used as the base color of British Army vehicles operating in North Africa and the Middle East from October 1942 until the spring of 1943. It served as the foundational tone in camouflage schemes, typically paired with Dark Olive Green PFI as a disruptive color to enhance concealment in desert and arid environments.
For best results, dilute with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners designed for lacquer-based paints.
