History

The presence of Ukunfazane, the Living Goddess, among the W'adrhun ensures that the population as a whole is devoted; the Cults, made up of those W'adrhun who devote their lives to the worship and emulation of their patron god, take this even further. The Chosen of the Conquest are the most prolific of these Cults, their Chosen warriors being present in almost every tribe. Speed and discipline, combined with the gifts of the goddess, enable the Chosen of the Conquest to always be where they need to be on the battlefield, halting the enemy's advance and turning the tide with impeccably executed assaults. This unit can also be a force of veterans, but the reverse is not true.

How they play

Elite troops capable of combining naturally high offensive and defensive stats, the Chosen of the Conquest are the most versatile W'adrhun infantry unit, weight for weight, but at a significant price. Their medium rating allows them to excel even against the heavier regiments they will encounter later in the battle, making them a formidable force that can adapt to different situations.
