Spires: Force-Grown Drones

After observing a Forced Growth Drone, one might imagine it to be the by-product of a faulty biomantic process. Nothing could be further from the truth; the design of their strains represents a revolutionary triumph for Biomancers. The end result is a being that can be gestated in a week and kept dormant until activated. In the meantime, they can be stored in immense rows in the Underspire's vast storage caverns. On request, whole rows of these dormant drones can be hooked onto huge cathedral-like sprawling wagons, pulled by dozens of Raw Drones.

Hundreds of cycles have been devoted to simplifying and rationalising the Forced Growth strains, allowing the Management to create a creature perfectly suited to the needs of the Bloodlines. After all, Forced Growth Drones aren't meant to fight for their masters. They're meant to die at their convenience.
