Born in Chicago on March 30, 1977, to a French father and a Franco-Belgian mother, Édouard Guiton grew up in the suburbs of Paris. Very early on, he developed a passion for drawing, without imagining that sketching monsters, warriors and other creatures from his childhood dreams could one day become a real profession.

In 1997, he participated in the creation of the game production company Rackham, co-founded by his brother Raphaël Guiton. Édouard was Rackham's main character designer for many years, in addition to working on illustrations, covers and concepts for various game and video game publishers.

Édouard's first comic strip, published by Soleil, appeared in 2009. The same year, he began collaborating with Ankama, a young French company in full expansion, which produces cartoons, video games, games, toys and comic strips. Édouard lives and works in Paris.
