During the dark days of the Horus Heresy, the Skitarii served as the personal forces of the Fabricator-General of the Mechanicum, tasked with locating and recovering lost technological relics across the galaxy. When the Schism of Mars split the Mechanicum into loyalist and renegade factions, the Skitarii were divided as well, with some fighting under the banners of the Emperor and others under the Warmaster. These heavily augmented and highly effective shock troops will soon be available for your Horus Heresy armies with the Skitarii Combat Group, a set of 18 new miniatures that can be fielded as a full Skitarii force or deployed as allies of an existing army.

The box includes 16 Skitarii Combat Peregrines in plastic, armed with volt carbines, deployable as two units of eight or a single large unit. It also features a Vultarax Stratos Automaton in plastic for powerful aerial support. The force is led by a Combat Peregrine Marshal, with three head options and a choice of weaponry: volt pistol or archeotech pistol for the left hand, and phase claw, thunderstaff, or auctorite scepter for the right hand.

To complete the customization of your miniatures and enhance the visual impact of your army, the box also contains a Mechanicum Macro Construction Transfers Sheet with 394 decals. Every component has been designed to provide players with extensive tactical options and personalization possibilities while remaining faithful to the rich lore of the Horus Heresy.
