Prussian Cavalry Brigade

At the centre of the brigade stand the Dragoons, built for decisive engagements and devastating charges once enemy formations begin to falter. Supporting them are the Hussars, constantly ranging ahead of the army to scout positions, threaten vulnerable targets, and disrupt opposing movements across the battlefield.

The distinctive Uhlans add immediate character to the army with their lance-armed cavalry formations, evoking some of the most memorable cavalry actions of the period. Their dynamic appearance makes them particularly rewarding to paint and display within a larger Napoleonic collection.

Operating ahead of the main force, the included Jäger skirmishers bring extra flexibility during scenarios and help recreate the layered battlefield tactics typical of 19th-century warfare.

The brigade is reinforced by a fast-moving 6-pounder horse artillery battery able to reposition quickly and provide responsive fire support wherever the fighting intensifies.
