When the Bioficers arrive in force, their presence can extend far beyond the ships themselves. Bioficer Space Stations introduces two enormous orbital designs for Dystopian Wars, structures that accompany major incursions and can remain ominously suspended above a targeted world. Their imposing scale and aggressive construction make them a striking addition to a Bioficer fleet.
The Hypersummoner is built around a distinctive form of Bioficer teleportation technology. Rather than relying on a network of portals, it creates a stable wormhole-like anomaly within a ring-shaped structure. Objects large enough to pass through can emerge from another location, with the Hypersummoner being large enough to accommodate frigates.
Then there is the Hypershredder, a far more destructive application of similar technology. This terrifying station projects a beam of dimensional instability on a city-wide scale. The effect can pass through ships, atmosphere and solid rock, randomly tearing matter apart and leaving scattered debris in its wake.
Rather than committing you to a single design, the box gives you the components required to construct either the Hypersummoner or the Hypershredder. You can therefore choose which of these distinctive Bioficer stations best suits your fleet and collection.
