This color was used as a disruptive camouflage tone on British Army vehicles painted in the Caunter Scheme, a distinctive pattern implemented in the Middle East and North Africa from July 1940 to October 1941. The purpose of this camouflage was to break up the outline of vehicles and improve concealment in desert environments.
For best results, this paint may be thinned using RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner, or other thinners formulated for lacquer-based paints.
