Well-armed, heavily armoured in gleaming steel and brass cuirasses, and mounted on powerful horses, these elite cavalrymen presented an awe-inspiring sight as they thundered across the battlefield beneath the Emperor’s banners.

Some regiments carried their treasured Imperial Eagle standards into battle as rallying points for their men. This boxed set includes the option to field these famous standards in all their glory.

The brigade is supported by a fast-moving 6-pounder horse artillery battery capable of keeping pace with heavy cavalry assaults.
