Shalaxi Violet 3 (12ML)

Tone Pro combines intense colours with strong coverage in a single coat, even across shades that can traditionally be more difficult to handle. Applied directly from the pot, Shalaxi Violet 3 also benefits from self-levelling properties, helping produce an even and consistent finish on the miniature.

The system divides each colour into five easy-to-use shades, from 1 as the darkest to 5 as the lightest. As Shade 3, this colour provides a central stage in the sequence. It can cover larger areas as a main colour, bridge the darker and lighter tones, or act as the highest stage of a shorter progression when only a limited range of brightness is required.

Its formulation can be used across several painting techniques:

• Basecoating for an even foundation of colour
• Shading to deepen recessed areas and definition
• Glazing for controlled colour transitions
• Highlighting selected raised areas
• Drybrushing to bring out texture and sculpted relief

Whether you use the complete Shalaxi Violet sequence or select only a few stages, Shade 3 provides a useful centre point for the colour. Combine it with the darker shades to build depth, then move towards Shades 4 and 5 to increase brightness. Its position and versatility make it a practical choice throughout different stages of the painting process.
