Celestine Skin 1 opens a new colour progression within the Tone Pro range. Each Tone Pro colour is divided into five numbered shades, from 1 as the darkest to 5 as the lightest. This first shade therefore establishes the starting point of the Celestine Skin sequence.

The Tone Pro formulation combines intense colour with strong one-coat coverage, including for shades that can traditionally be more demanding to work with. Celestine Skin 1 can be applied straight from the pot, while its self-levelling properties help produce an even and consistent layer across the miniature.

The new formulation is not limited to a single painting technique. Celestine Skin 1 can be used for basecoating, shading, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing, allowing the same shade to serve different purposes throughout a miniature painting project.

As the first shade in the Celestine Skin family, Celestine Skin 1 represents the darkest value in the five-step progression. The four lighter shades that follow allow you to continue building the colour sequence towards its brightest value.
