Add disgusting, three-dimensional slime effects

Unlike a painted effect alone, this gel can form raised details that extend beyond the miniature's surface and stretch between different points. Its yellowish colour is particularly suitable for depicting bile, vomit, thick mucus and organic fluids. Apply it around zombie jaws, ogre fangs, troll mouths, plague demons or the mandibles of alien creatures. It can also enhance sculpted wounds, sores and pustules, or add organic residue to sewers, monster nests and abandoned laboratories.

Bile Sludge can be applied straight from the pot, and its original consistency helps you work with precision. Depending on the amount used, you can create fine strands of saliva between teeth, sticky secretions stretching from a mouth to a chin, or thicker deposits around a wound. Vary the thickness and anchor points to achieve an irregular, organic appearance.

How to use Bile Sludge

Pick up a small amount of gel with a toothpick and place it on the first point of your miniature. Gently stretch the product towards a second anchor point to form a strand. Teeth, jaws, tongues and claws are all suitable attachment points. To enhance a sculpted wound, apply a small amount of gel to the detail and carefully spread it around the edges.

For a thinner consistency that can be spread in finer layers, gradually add a small amount of Slime Effects Thinner, sold separately. Once dry, the gel can also be painted with other acrylic effects. For example, combine it with Green Stuff World's True Blood fresh blood effect to create secretions mixed with blood.
