Easy to apply with an airbrush, it adheres perfectly to surfaces and dries to a smooth finish. It provides excellent durability and withstands all types of weathering products.

It can be thinned with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners designed for lacquer-based paints.

Underside color of the early tactical paint schemes applied to certain US Navy and USMC aircraft in the 1980s, including the A-4, early F/A-18s, and some F-4s from VMF-312 and VF-103, later transferred to VF-171.
Also used as the underside color in the early tactical paint schemes for US Navy helicopters from the 1980s to the present day.
Additionally, this color appeared in some camouflage patterns of US Navy (F/A-18B) and USAF (F-16C) aggressor squadrons.
