It sprays effortlessly through an airbrush, providing excellent adhesion and fast drying while forming a durable surface that holds up under all kinds of weathering effects. For best results, it can be thinned with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or any thinner formulated for lacquer-based paints.

This shade represents the standard NATO camouflage color introduced in the 1980s for vehicles and military equipment. It is also used in the four-color camouflage scheme of the Republic of Korea Army and on K9A1 self-propelled howitzers of the Polish Army. Additionally, it features in the USAF aggressor aircraft schemes, notably on the F-16C.
