Necrolith Bone 2 moves the Necrolith Bone colour family further along its progression within the Tone Pro range. Each Tone Pro colour is divided into five shades, numbered from 1 as the darkest to 5 as the lightest. Shade 2 therefore follows the darkest starting point while remaining towards the deeper end of the sequence.

Tone Pro paints are built around intense colour and strong one-coat coverage, including shades that can traditionally be more difficult to work with. Necrolith Bone 2 can be applied straight from the pot, with the formula's self-levelling properties helping to produce an even and consistent layer on the miniature.

Rather than being tied to a single stage of the painting process, the same colour can be used across several techniques. Necrolith Bone 2 works for basecoating, shading, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing, giving you flexibility when deciding how to build up and use this particular value.

As the second shade in the sequence, Necrolith Bone 2 provides an early step towards the lighter values of the family. Used together with the other Necrolith Bone shades, it can help create a gradual progression across all five levels, while remaining useful wherever this specific tone suits your colour scheme.
