Shalaxi Violet 5 (12ML)

Tone Pro paints combine intense colours with strong one-coat coverage, including shades that can traditionally be more demanding to apply. Shalaxi Violet 5 can be used straight from the pot, while its self-levelling properties help create an even, consistent finish across the miniature.

Each Tone Pro colour follows a simple five-stage structure: Shade 1 is the darkest and Shade 5 is the lightest. Shalaxi Violet 5 therefore sits at the top of the brightness range. Use it on the most raised or exposed areas to finish a highlight progression, or make it the main colour when you want a lighter violet from the outset.

Its versatility goes beyond highlighting. The same formulation can be adapted to several painting techniques:

• Highlighting to emphasise raised areas and push the brightest points further
• Basecoating when an even layer of the colour is required
• Glazing for controlled colour transitions and adjustments
• Shading to create changes in depth and definition
• Drybrushing to bring out raised texture and sculpted details

As the final stage of the Shalaxi Violet sequence, Shade 5 completes the progression from the darkest tone to the brightest. Combine it with Shades 1 to 4 for a full range of controlled highlights, or use it alongside only a few neighbouring tones when you want a shorter and more focused colour progression.
