Few mounted troops earned a reputation equal to that of the Numidian cavalry. Hailing from North Africa, across the regions of modern-day Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco, these highly skilled horsemen became indispensable allies of Carthage, where their speed and exceptional horsemanship made them one of the most effective light cavalry forces of the ancient world.
This set contains 12 highly detailed 28 mm hard plastic Numidian cavalry miniatures, supported by an extensive selection of interchangeable components. The wide variety of parts allows every rider to be assembled with a distinctive appearance while maintaining the characteristic look of Numidian mounted warriors.
The kit includes 5 horse variants, 3 body options and 6 head options, together with a generous assortment of weapons and command accessories. The 24 spears, including parts for banner bearers, plus the included swords and trumpets, make it possible to build both rank-and-file cavalry and distinctive command figures.
Combined with the Victrix Spanish Cavalry range, this set helps expand complete Carthaginian and Iberian armies. It is also fully supported by LittleBigMenStudios (LBMS) shield transfers and banner sheets, providing additional opportunities to customise your finished miniatures with historically inspired details.
