Seraphon Blue 1 (12ML)

Like the rest of the Tone Pro range, this paint delivers high coverage in a single coat. That makes it possible to establish colour efficiently, including with shades that can otherwise be more demanding to cover evenly. Applied straight from the pot, Seraphon Blue 1 also benefits from self-levelling properties designed to help create a smooth, consistent finish.

Tone Pro keeps the progression straightforward: every colour is available in five numbered shades, from 1 as the darkest to 5 as the lightest. Seraphon Blue 1 is therefore the starting point of the sequence. Use it on its own when a deep value is required, or build from it through Shades 2, 3, 4 and 5 for a more gradual colour progression.

The same paint can also be used across a range of techniques:

• Basecoating to establish an even foundation
• Shading to reinforce the deepest areas
• Glazing to gradually adjust and transition the colour
• Highlighting to define selected forms
• Drybrushing to reveal raised textures and details

Seraphon Blue 1 provides the darkest foundation of the Seraphon Blue range. Whether used independently or as the first stage of the complete five-value progression, it combines strong coverage with the flexibility to move between different painting techniques directly from the pot.
