Carthalos Skin 2 continues the Carthalos Skin colour progression within the Tone Pro range. Each Tone Pro colour is divided into five numbered shades, moving from 1 as the darkest to 5 as the lightest. Shade 2 therefore takes the sequence one step further towards its lighter values.

Intense colour and strong one-coat coverage are key characteristics of the Tone Pro formulation, including for shades that can traditionally be more challenging to apply. Carthalos Skin 2 can be used straight from the pot, while its self-levelling properties help create an even, consistent layer on the miniature.

The formulation is versatile enough to support different painting techniques with the same colour. Carthalos Skin 2 can be used for basecoating, shading, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing, allowing you to adapt the paint to different stages of your miniature painting process.

As the second shade in the Carthalos Skin sequence, Carthalos Skin 2 sits between the darkest value and the three lighter shades that follow. Used alongside the other colours in the family, it helps build the five-step progression offered by the Tone Pro system.
