French Resistance Weapons Teams

The Sniper Team represents a wide spectrum of resistance fighters—from vengeful civilians to skilled hunters—who turned their rifles on the occupying forces. Light mortars, although scarce and often short on ammunition, were highly prized. Deployed at the perfect moment, they could pin down enemy troops and support daring advances by partisan fighters. These mortars were typically acquired through Allied airdrops or by capturing enemy supplies.

Anti-tank weaponry was rare among partisans, but the need for it was limited due to the presence of lightly armed security vehicles behind the front lines. The British PIAT launcher, occasionally delivered by air or smuggled into occupied territories, gave resistance fighters a fighting chance against armored threats. This set includes three Warlord Resin Plus™ teams: a 2-man sniper team, a 2-man light mortar team, and a 2-man PIAT team, along with three Bolt Action Order Dice. Models are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
