Fallschirmjager Tropical Uniform

In North Africa, the Ramcke Parachute Brigade was formed in 1942 to support Axis forces during the Western Desert campaign. Additional Fallschirmjäger units were dispatched to Tunisia to defend key positions following the Allied landings in French North Africa. As the Allies advanced into Italy, the "Green Devils" proved to be some of the most formidable defenders, particularly during the brutal fighting around Monte Cassino in 1944. Their resilience and aggressive tactics earned them lasting recognition from friend and foe alike.

This box set features a 10-man Fallschirmjäger squad in tropical uniform, ideal for representing their engagements in Greece, Crete, North Africa, or the Italian campaign. The miniatures can also be used to portray Luftwaffe or Waffen-SS paratroopers, such as those involved in the daring rescue of Mussolini from his mountain prison.
