Dacians

This set contains 60 Dacian miniatures, supported by a wide selection of interchangeable components. The main warrior equipment centres on spear and shield, with swords and knives also available, while more important warriors can be equipped with mail or scale armour and elaborate helmets.

The most distinctive weapon included in the set is undoubtedly the Falx. This fearsome two-handed weapon with its curved blade became closely associated with Dacian warfare and their conflicts with Rome. The various weapon and arm options allow these imposing warriors to stand out within the formation and give the unit a much more varied appearance.

The box also includes Dacian archers, adding a ranged element to the force alongside its melee troops. Six main frames and two command frames provide the models, while the numerous head, arm and weapon options offer considerable freedom when assembling the unit.

Further flexibility comes from the compatibility of these components with the Victrix Germanic Warriors set. Parts from the two ranges can be interchanged, opening up additional possibilities when building your forces. Shield transfers are also available separately from LittleBigMenStudios. The Dacians were at times allied with Germanic tribes as well, making this compatibility particularly useful when creating forces with a mixture of warriors and equipment.
